This video is of the magnificent fountains at a favorite downtown Tirana gathering place. The missionaries there referred to it as "The Spider", I don't know if that is it's name, but the archetechture of the building does have a "spider" look to it. They frequented the place for ice cream, "the world's best" they say! It's like a hangout place where there are many restaurants, cafe's and other places to mingle share drinks and meals. Apparantly this is the place to be when visiting Tirana.
